オフライン音声文字起こしアプリ「文字起こしノート」（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただきありがとうございます。 本アプリの開発者（以下「当方」）は、お客様のプライバシーを尊重し、その保護に努めます。 本アプリの音声認識（文字起こし）はすべてお客様の端末内だけで処理され、録音した音声やテキストが当方のサーバーや外部に送信されることは一切ありません。
1. 当アプリが扱う情報
- 本アプリは、お客様ご自身のメールアドレス・電話番号などの個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録やログインもありません。
- 録音した音声・文字起こし結果・ノートのタイトルなどの記録データは、お客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。当方のサーバーに送信・保存することはなく、当方がそれらを閲覧・取得することはできません。
2. 音声認識（文字起こし）について
本アプリの文字起こし機能は、Appleのオンデバイス音声認識のみを使用します。クラウドサーバーへ音声データを送信して認識する処理は一切行いません。録音した音声は、認識処理のためにお客様の端末の外へ出ることはありません。
3. マイクの使用について
本アプリは、録音機能を使用する際にマイクへのアクセス許諾を求めます。マイクは録音中のみ使用され、録音を停止すると使用を終了します。
4. ファイルの書き出し・共有について
本アプリには、文字起こし結果をファイル形式（SRT・VTT・TXT）で書き出す機能、およびコピー・共有する機能があります。これらの操作はお客様ご自身の判断で行うものであり、書き出し・共有先（メール・LINE・ファイルアプリ等）はお客様の操作に依存し、当方が関与・取得することはありません。
5. 外部サービスへのデータ送信
本アプリの録音・文字起こし・保存・書き出し・共有機能はすべてオフラインで動作します。インターネット通信を必要とするのは、下記のアプリ内課金の処理のみです。
- Apple（App Store／アプリ内課金）：本アプリのプレミアム機能（保存件数の無制限化）は、買い切りまたはサブスクリプションのアプリ内課金で提供され、決済はAppleおよび決済基盤（RevenueCat）が処理します。当方が決済に伴うクレジットカード情報等を直接受け取ることはありません。このとき、端末を識別するための匿名の識別子と購入履歴がRevenueCatに送信されますが、お客様が録音した音声や文字起こし結果が送信されることはありません。お取り扱いはApple・RevenueCatのプライバシーポリシーに準じます。
本アプリは、アクセス解析（アナリティクス）・広告・第三者認証などのサービスを一切利用していません。当方が独自にお客様の情報を収集・送信する仕組みはありません。
6. 広告について
本アプリは広告を表示しません。第三者の広告SDKやトラッキング技術も使用していません。
7. 端末間の同期について
本アプリは端末間の自動同期・クラウド共有機能を持ちません。複数の端末で同じ記録を見たい場合や機種変更の際は、書き出したファイルを新しい端末に移してご利用ください。
8. データの共有・売却
当方は、お客様の情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。上記「5. 外部サービスへのデータ送信」に記載した決済処理以外で、データを外部に送信することはありません。
9. データの保存・削除
- 録音した音声・文字起こし結果は、本アプリを削除すると端末から消去されます。
- 書き出したファイルは、お客様ご自身が保存した場所に残ります。削除はお客様ご自身で行えます。
- 当方は、お客様の端末内のデータにアクセスする手段を持ちません。
10. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページを更新します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でお知らせすることがあります。

Thank you for using Voice Recorder & Live Text (the "App"), an offline speech-to-text app. The developer of this App ("we") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. All speech recognition in this App happens entirely on your own device. We never send your recorded audio or transcribed text to our servers or anywhere else.
1. Information this App handles
- This App does not collect personal information such as your email address or phone number. There is no account creation or sign-in.
- Your records — recorded audio, transcribed text, and note titles — are stored only on your device. We never send this data to a server, and we have no way to view or access it.
2. Speech recognition
This App's transcription feature uses Apple's on-device speech recognition only. It never sends your audio to a cloud server for processing. Your recorded audio never leaves your device for recognition purposes.
3. Microphone access
This App requests microphone access when you use the recording feature. The microphone is only active while recording, and access stops the moment you stop recording.
4. Exporting and sharing files
The App lets you export your transcripts as files (SRT, VTT, TXT), and copy or share them. These actions are entirely under your control — where you send or open the file (email, LINE, Files app, etc.) is up to you, and we have no involvement or access.
5. Data sent to outside services
All recording, transcription, saving, exporting, and sharing features work entirely offline. The only feature that requires an internet connection is the in-app purchase described below.
- Apple (App Store / In-App Purchase): The App's premium features (unlimited saved notes) are sold as a one-time purchase or subscription, processed by Apple and our billing platform (RevenueCat). We never directly receive your credit card information. An anonymous device identifier and your purchase history are sent to RevenueCat for this purpose, but none of your recorded audio or transcripts are ever sent. This is handled according to Apple's and RevenueCat's own privacy policies.
This App uses no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party authentication services of any kind. We have no mechanism of our own to collect or transmit your information.
6. Advertising
This App displays no advertising. It does not use any third-party ad SDKs or tracking technologies.
7. No syncing between devices
This App has no automatic sync or cloud-sharing feature between devices. If you want to view the same records on multiple devices, or you're switching to a new device, export your files and move them to the new device.
8. Sharing or selling data
We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Other than the payment processing described in Section 5, we never send your data anywhere.
9. Data retention and deletion
- Your recorded audio and transcripts are deleted from your device when you delete the App.
- Any file you've exported remains wherever you saved it; you can delete it yourself at any time.
- We have no means of accessing the data stored on your device.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page. We may also notify you in the App for significant changes.
