子どもの成長記録アプリ「成長曲線ノート」（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただきありがとうございます。 本アプリの開発者（以下「当方」）は、お客様とお子さまのプライバシーを尊重し、その保護に努めます。 本アプリに入力された記録（お子さんの名前・生年月日・身長・体重・メモなど）は、お客様の端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーや外部に送信することはありません。
1. 当アプリが扱う情報
- 本アプリは、お客様ご自身の氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録やログインもありません。
- お子さんの名前・生年月日・性別・身長・体重・記録日・メモなどの成長記録データは、お客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。当方のサーバーに送信・保存することはなく、当方がそれらを閲覧・取得することはできません。
- 複数のお子さんを登録する場合も、すべて端末内で管理され、外部に送信されることはありません。
2. 自動バックアップ機能について
本アプリは、データ消失を防ぐため、記録の変更時に端末内にのみ自動でスナップショット（複数世代）を保存します。このバックアップは端末外に送信されることはなく、当方が内容を閲覧することもできません。
3. ファイルの書き出し・読み込みについて
本アプリには、記録をJSON・CSV形式でファイルに書き出す機能、および書き出したファイルを読み込む機能があります。これらの操作はお客様ご自身の判断で行うものであり、書き出し・読み込み先（メール添付・ファイルアプリ・AirDrop等）はお客様の操作に依存し、当方が関与・取得することはありません。
4. 外部サービスへのデータ送信
本アプリの記録・閲覧機能はすべてオフラインで動作します。インターネット通信を必要とするのは、下記のアプリ内課金の処理のみです。
- Apple（App Store／アプリ内課金）：本アプリのプレミアム機能は買い切りのアプリ内課金で提供され、決済はAppleおよび決済基盤（RevenueCat）が処理します。当方が決済に伴うクレジットカード情報等を直接受け取ることはありません。お取り扱いはApple・RevenueCatのプライバシーポリシーに準じます。
本アプリは、アクセス解析（アナリティクス）・広告・トラッキング・第三者認証などのサービスを一切利用していません。当方が独自にお客様やお子さんの情報を収集・送信する仕組みはありません。
5. 広告について
本アプリは広告を表示しません。第三者の広告SDKやトラッキング技術も使用していません。
6. お子さまのプライバシー
本アプリは、お子さんの成長記録を保護者が管理するために作られています。入力されたお子さんに関する情報はすべて端末内にのみ保存され、当方を含む第三者に送信・提供されることはありません。
7. データの共有・売却
当方は、お客様・お子さんの情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。上記「4. 外部サービスへのデータ送信」に記載した決済処理以外で、データを外部に送信することはありません。
8. データの保存・削除
- 入力した記録・自動バックアップは、本アプリを削除すると端末から消去されます。
- 書き出したファイル（JSON・CSV）は、お客様ご自身が保存した場所に残ります。削除はお客様ご自身で行えます。
- 当方は、お客様の端末内のデータにアクセスする手段を持ちません。
9. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページを更新します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でお知らせすることがあります。

Thank you for using Growth Curve Notebook (the "App"). The developer of this App ("we") respects the privacy of you and your child and is committed to protecting it. Everything you record in this App — your child's name, birthday, height, weight, notes, and more — is stored only on your own device. We never send it to our servers or anywhere else.
1. Information this App handles
- This App does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. There is no account creation or sign-in.
- Your growth records — your child's name, birthday, sex, height, weight, record dates, and notes — are stored only on your device. We never send this data to a server, and we have no way to view or access it.
- If you register more than one child, all records are managed on your device the same way and are never sent externally.
2. Automatic backups
To help prevent data loss, the App automatically saves snapshots (multiple generations) on your device only whenever your records change. These backups are never sent off your device, and we cannot view their contents.
3. Exporting and importing files
The App lets you export your records as a JSON or CSV file and import a previously exported file. These actions are entirely under your control — where you send or open the file (email, Files app, AirDrop, etc.) is up to you, and we have no involvement or access.
4. Data sent to outside services
All recording and viewing features work entirely offline. The only feature that requires an internet connection is the in-app purchase described below.
- Apple (App Store / In-App Purchase): The App's premium features are sold as a one-time in-app purchase, processed by Apple and our billing platform (RevenueCat). We never directly receive your credit card information. This is handled according to Apple's and RevenueCat's own privacy policies.
This App uses no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party authentication services of any kind. We have no mechanism of our own to collect or transmit your or your child's information.
5. Advertising
This App displays no advertising. It does not use any third-party ad SDKs or tracking technologies.
6. Your child's privacy
This App is built for parents and guardians to manage their child's growth records. Any information about your child that you enter is stored only on your device and is never sent to or shared with us or any other third party.
7. Sharing or selling data
We do not sell or share your or your child's information with third parties. Other than the payment processing described in Section 4, we never send your data anywhere.
8. Data retention and deletion
- Your records and automatic backups are deleted from your device when you delete the App.
- Any file you've exported (JSON or CSV) remains wherever you saved it; you can delete it yourself at any time.
- We have no means of accessing the data stored on your device.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page. We may also notify you in the App for significant changes.
